Mission
The main objectives of the Network are to promote the development and integration of the public procurement sector through active cooperation between its members.
As such, the Network aims to:
– Promote and maintain a space for reflection and mutual understanding among its members.
– To promote, inter alia, horizontal technical cooperation, exchange of training and experience among its members.
– work to strengthen the capacities of institutions in charge of public procurement in African countries.
– Creating partnerships between the various actors in public procurement.
– Encouraging the use of country systems by donors Assist in mobilizing its members to foster information sharing and exchange of experiences with a view to strengthening process harmonization and policy convergence.
– Launch innovative programmes to promote the strengthening and improvement of public procurement systems and promote the prevention of corruption and other threats to development
