On the 29th and 30th October 2018, Hotel du 2 Fevrier of Lome serves a s the venue of the constitutive General Assembly of the African Public Procurement Network – RACOP. Sixty five (65) delegates from 43 African countries participated.
To ensure a peaceful environment of discussion, a firm named by Global Excel International, was entrusted the mission of meeting facilitation.
