Yes, the Technical Secretariat of the African Public Procurement Network (APPN) brings together on September 23, 2021 at 11 a.m. GMT the member countries of the two sub-regional networks to talk about the professionalization of public procurement and capacity building.
This session is composed of three big items; speeches, presentations and debates and discussions. There could be some announcements in the end.
After the presentations by an international expert from Canada, Mr. Larbi Bennouna, the CEO of SETYM and by the experts from the network, especially Mr. Saer NIANG (Director General of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) and Mr. KHALED ELARBI, the President of the High Authority for Public Procurement of Tunisia; there will be a two-hour session for questions and answers to allow participants to clearly get points misunderstood or to shed lights to some cases.
