Presentation of Ms. Elhem Ghribi from
Women entrepreneurs represent 7.1% of the population of women in employment (WB 2020) and they have difficulties in accessing public contracts. Tunisia, thanks to the High Authority of Public Procurement (HAICOP) has provided support measures in this direction to help them. Ms. EIhem Ghribi, Controller General of Public Procurement at the High Authority for Public Procurement (HAICOP) said a little more during the session of North and West Africa on September 15, 2022 at 13:30 GMT organized by the Technical Secretariat of the African Network of Public Procurement (APPN).
