A post graduate degree holder in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT-BHU) and Graduate Diploma in Purchasing & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), U.K., Mr. Shanker Lal is the Country Procurement Lead for India at the World Bank. He was one of the Trainers during the webinar organized by the Technical Secretariat on May 25, 2023 at noon GMT alongside other seasoned trainers to handle the theme “Data Analytics and Digital Tools for Public Procurement“ for 101 participants.
