Boosting Women-led Enterprises through Public Procurement”Presentation of Namibia: Mr. Fancois Brand
On October 6, 2022 at 10:30 GMT, through the knowledge and experience sharing session organized by the Technical Secretariat of the African Public Procurement Network, Namibia was in to share their experience, thanks to Mr. Francois Brand, the Procurement Policy Unit Head and Deputy Executive Director at the Ministry of Finance of Namibia. He seized the opportunity to point out policy instruments, especially, acts, directives and codes related to the theme “Boosting omen-led Enterprises through Public Procurement” the way it is in his country.
