Introduction to the Presentation of Mr. Srinivasa Raghavan K
The Technical Secretariat organized a webinar that gathered all the member countries all the African Public Procurement Network (APPN) online by Zoom. Three languages (French-English and Portuguese) were involved with interpreting services. It was on July 27, 2023. Mr. Srinivasa Raghavan K who served for over 35 years in National Informatics Centre, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India, since 1988 providing / assisting in catering to the software and networking requirements across Government of Tamil Nadu was one of the trainers.
