MADAGASCAR EXPERIENCE SHARING ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Harison Vonjy RAZAFY, the Director General of the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (PMRA) of Madagascar gave a presentation on his country’s experiences with COVID-19 emergencies in the public procurement, on Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
It was during the fourth session of knowledge and experiences sharing, which brough together all members of the procurement network of Central Africa.
It is organized by the Technical Secretariat of the African Public Procurement Network (APPN) on the themen” Procurement in Emergencies COVID-19, Country Experiences”.
