The Technical Secretariat of the African Public Procurement Network (APPN) organizes today August 29, 2024 at 1 p.m. GMT a session on “Fraud Detection and Anti-corruption in Procurement” – Tools and Practices for Preventing Fraud and Enhancing Transparency in Procurement” and has Ing. Kwame PREMPEH, Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Ghana Public Procurement Authority as a presenter who shares the experiences of his country on the theme. Ing. Kwame PREMPEH defines corruption and fraud before giving the background and the legal and institutional framework as it is in Ghana.
