ARMP Cameroon/ the 2022 Budget Validated

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) held on Friday, December 3, 2021 the 41st ordinary session of the Board of Directors presided over by Mr. ALIOU DEWA, who is the President of the said Board of Directors of the PPRA in the presence of Mr. Joseph NGO, the Director General of the Cameroon PPRA.

The agenda covered two essential points, namely the screening and the adoption of the annual performance project for the fiscal year 2022 as well as the examination and adoption of the budget project for the New Year 2022. After monitoring and examining the documents presented by the Director General, the Board of Directors validated the budget of the Agency. That budget is balanced in revenue and expenditure the amount of nine billion one hundred and forty million six hundred and thirty-three thousand three hundred and ninety-six F CFA (F CFA 9, 140, 633, 396) for 2022.

At the end of the work, the Board expressed their satisfaction and congratulations to the Director General of the PPRA for the quality of the documents presented.

Besides, the Board encouraged the Directorate to continue the initiatives aiming at establishing a performance management system within the Agency in order to reinforce the reliability and the effectiveness of the public procurement system for its maximum contribution to the development of Cameroon.
