Handover ceremony and approval of APPN 2024 business plan

The Executive Committee of the African Public Procurement Network (APPN) will proceed on March 7 and 8, in Kigali (Rwanda), to the handover of responsibilities between Ivory Coast and Rwanda, which will assume the presidency of the Network in 2024.

The choice of Rwanda was ratified during the third General Assembly of APPN which was held from November 13 to 16, 2023 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

The meeting will take place in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and online participation. Key members such as the outgoing President, the incoming President, the Vice-President of APPN, the Technical Secretary and two lawyers from Côte d’Ivoire and Mali will participate in person.

An online Extraordinary General Assembly is also planned to ratify the documents submitted for adoption during the TAG in Abidjan as well as to adopt the 2024 APPN budget.
