Introduction to the Presentation of Mr. Edwin Muhumuza

Head of Africa at Open Contracting Partnership, Mr. Edwin Muhumuza takes an active part as Keynote Speaker in the Knowledge and Experience Sharing Session organized by the APPN Technical Secretariat on January 25, 2024 at noon GMT online for at least 136 participants. His presentation as well as the one of the APPN country presenters is on “Oversight of Public Procurement.  Principles and Country Experiences”. He bases his presentation on three major points such as the overview of public procurement reforms in Africa, models of procurement oversight and rethinking public procurement oversight in Africa.
