Introduction to the Presentation of Ms. Mendoe Ntswahlana

On January 25, 2024 at noon GMT, the APPN Technical Secretariat organizes a Knowledge and Experience Sharing Session on “Oversight of Public Procurement.  Principles and Country Experiences”, which 136 participants partake. Ms. Mendoe Ntswahlana, Chief Procurement Officer at South Africa National Treasury, makes a presentation that details the regulatory framework, transparency and accountability and ends up with the experience of her country.
