Public Procurement in COVID-19 Emergency: The Experience of Congo Brazaville
Congo’s Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PMRA) took part on 11 February in the Knowledge and experience-sharing session organized by the technical secretariat of the APPN on the theme “Procurement in Emergencies COVID-19, Country experiences”. On this occasion, the PPRA of Congo, represented by Mr. David-Martin OBAMI, Director General of this institution, gave a detailed presentation of the experiences of Congo during the health crisis.
