Second meeting of the APPN Executive commitee

The members of the ANPP executive committee took part in the second video conference on April 23, 2019.
At that meeting, the follow point were discussed:
-The process of drafting the Network’s Rules of Procedure,
-the African Summit on Public Procurement and Business Development in Accra (GHANA) on the topic entitlied “Procurement as a Tool for sustainable development “.
Mr. Saer Niang, General manager director of public procurement regulatory authority of Senegal know also President of ANPP, chaired the meeting, assisted by Mr. Aftar Touré Morou, Acting General manager director of Public procurement regulatory authority of Togo, as technical secretariat of the network.
Present at this meeting were Mauritania, Ghana, Mali, and the DRC.
