Cameroon/the Board of Directors of ARMP Holding Their Fortieth Ordinary Session
The Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP) of Cameroon held on July 29, 2021, the fortieth (40th) ordinary session of the Board of Directors. The agenda was basically on the reading and adoption of the thirty-ninth ordinary session’s minutes held on December 23, 2020 and the presentation of the administrative account, the report on budget execution, management account and annual performance report. The session was chaired by Mr. ALIOU DEWA, the President of the Board of Directors in the presence of Mr. Joseph NGO, the Managing Director of the Cameroon Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP).
In the press release N°080/CA/PCA of July 29, 2021 published on the information website of ARMP-Cameroon, the Board of Directors approved, after a thorough screening, the administrative account and the annual performance report presented by the Managing Director of ARMP-Cameroon; the summary of the report on budget execution by the specialized finance controller and the synthesis of the management account by the accounting officer.
At the end of the session, the Board expressed its satisfaction and congratulated the Managing Director of ARMP-Cameroon for the quality of the documents presented. Furthermore, they encouraged the General Directorate to continue the initiatives aiming at establishing a performance management system within the Agency in order to reinforce the trustworthiness and the effectiveness of the public procurement system for its optimal contribution to the emergence of Cameroon.
